1. Acceptance

By submitting an entry, you ("Participant") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as may be amended by WWE Awards team powered by Stardom Events Specialist ("Organizer").

2. Eligibility

Your organization must be registered and operating in India (sole proprietorship, partnership, company, HUF, trust or SME).
Employees or immediate family of the Organizer's management or jury are ineligible.

3. Entry & Submission

Complete the online nomination form in English by the stated deadline.
All questions marked mandatory must be answered fully, or your entry may be disqualified.
Multiple entries across categories are allowed; Organizer may reclassify entries at its discretion.

4. Originality & IP

Submitted work must be original, created specifically for these Awards, and free of third-party rights.
Organizer acquires a royalty-free, worldwide license to use all submitted materials for promotion, marketing, and archival purposes.

5. Modification & Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to amend categories, timelines, prizes, or cancel the Awards in whole or part at any time.
If no eligible entries are received in a category, that prize may be withdrawn. All decisions are final and non-contestable.

6. Timelines & Communication

Dates published on the website are subject to change. Participants should check regularly for updates.
Additional information or documentary proof may be requested; failure to respond within 5 working days may lead to disqualification.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

Organizer and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption caused by events beyond their control (e.g., technical failures, acts of God, riots, pandemics).
No refunds of entry, nomination, or delegate fees under any circumstances.

8. Carry-Forward Option

In the event of a postponement due to Act of God, natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemic, or any concern arising from a celebrity (including but not limited to availability, safety or reputational matters), the Organizer may reschedule the event at its discretion.
The Organizer shall not be held responsible for such celebrity-related concerns, nor for any travel, stay, or related expenses incurred by awardees or participants due to a date change.
No refunds will be issued; however, participants may have their entry or delegate fees carried forward to the rescheduled event as decided by the Organizer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Identification

All attendees (Participants, awardees, guests) must wear the event lanyard or wristband at all times.

2. Conduct & Crowd Control

Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or disruption toward any guest, celebrity, or influencer will result in immediate action (including fines or removal).
Do not congregate near the stage or leave your seat when celebrities are entering or exiting.

3. Seating & Guests

Seats are pre-assigned based on sponsorship or category. Please occupy only your designated seat.
Awardees may bring additional guests at additional cost per person which will be informed at the time of entry, payable on-site.
4. Venue Exit

After receiving awards and participating in refreshments (lunch/tea), attendees should vacate the venue promptly to allow the next session to proceed smoothly.

By accepting your award, you confirm you've read and agree to these Awardee Terms.

2. Non-Transferability

Awards are personal, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
Do not congregate near the stage or leave your seat when celebrities are entering or exiting.

3. Promotion & Media

You grant the Organizer permission to use your name, image, and award details for all promotional activities.
You agree to take part in post-award interviews, photoshoots, or other publicity as requested.

You must be present in person to receive your award. Absence without prior notice may forfeit your prize.

Pay attention when your name is called; organizers are not responsible if you miss your turn

Only those receiving double awards from two celebrities are required to stay until the final closing.

All others may depart after their award presentation and refreshments.
